Meet Our Staff
Ryan
Eleven years ago, Ryan and Tom Vanhooser founded VanBeck Services, starting from the back of a Chevy Tahoe and a used utility trailer. Although Tom has retired, the company's values of integrity, communication, humility, and relationships remain at the forefront every day. Ryan takes charge of day-to-day operations, estimating, and meeting with clients, and he regards his team as family.
Ryan is a devoted husband of 15+ years and a proud father of two children, Adalynn and Graden. He enjoys watching his kids participate in various activities and coaching baseball during his free time. Ryan also likes golfing with his friends and unwinding by a fire in his backyard. As an active West Side Nut Club member, he participates in community events and attends New Beginnings Lakeside Church.
Nate
Nate is our lead landscape designer and estimator. He enjoys meeting clients and bringing their backyard dreams to life with his 3D design software. Nate is recently engaged and has a son at IU and a daughter in middle school.
Nate loves the outdoors, fishing, riding four-wheelers, going to spot shoots, and traveling with his fiancé.
Nate is a tremendous asset to VanBeck, and we appreciate all he does for our clients and team.
John
Meet John, our dedicated lawn care manager who oversees our team and ensures we use the best products and practices. He enjoys meeting with our clients and answering their questions to ensure they understand our program.
In his personal life, John has been happily married to Ashly for ten years, and they have two sons, Jensen and Graham. He cherishes the time spent with his family on weekend getaways, fishing, and working out at the gym, and they're regular attendees of CFC church.
John plays a crucial role in maintaining our lawn care program's excellence and takes pride in our product. He does everything he can to provide our clients with a great lawn, and we're incredibly grateful to have him on our team!
Eric
Meet Eric, our Lead Foreman for landscape teams. He collaborates closely with our clients to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion. Additionally, Eric oversees our vehicle and equipment maintenance program.
When he's not at work, Eric is a devoted dad to his two children, Alex (a high school Freshman) and Madalyn (currently in 7th grade). He cherishes attending all their school activities. Eric is also a big fan of STL Cardinal baseball and motorsports.
As a highly valuable team member, Eric plays multiple roles at VanBeck. We can’t imagine our work team with him.
Brian
One of the most essential members of our landscape team is Brian. He enjoys collaborating with our clients and team to ensure every project succeeds. Brian has a keen eye for detail and particularly enjoys installing landscape lighting.
Brian and his wife are proud parents of a son named Austin, who serves in the Army. They also have a grandchild named Weston and are expecting another one in late May. They regularly attend Holy Rosary Church.
We call Brian "Mr. Worldwide" because he loves traveling with his wife multiple times yearly. When not on the go, he enjoys playing volleyball and boating. Brian is the epitome of dependability and is always ready to lend a hand. His unwavering assistance is invaluable, and we can't imagine not working with him every day.
Jacob
Jacob has been with us since 2016. He oversees our lawn care services and assists with client scheduling and communication. Jacob also trains our team on the proper techniques and practices to ensure our clients receive consistent results.
This year has been significant for Jacob, as he purchased his first home and proposed to his longtime girlfriend. They are planning to get married later this year. Jacob is an active member of the CFC church and participates in Barnabas Ministries. During his free time, he enjoys reading, gaming, hiking, and spending time with his college friends.
We are proud of Jacob's growth from a young man fresh out of high school to a soon-to-be husband. He is like family to us, and we are pleased to work with him daily. We recognize and appreciate all his achievements, both personally and within our company. Without Jacob, we wouldn't be able to provide the quality service we do.
Linda
Our team has enjoyed having Linda as our Office Manager for the past 8.5 years. She takes pride in building relationships with our clients, assisting them with inquiries, and understanding how we can better serve them. Linda handles various tasks, including answering phones, invoicing, scheduling appointments, and managing accounts receivables.
Aside from her professional responsibilities, Linda has been married for 27 years and is a proud mother of three children. Tyler recently married Meredith, Lydia attends Murray State, and Carter studies at Western Kentucky. Linda enjoys reading, gardening, and spending quality time with her family at the lake. She also enjoys University of Louisville sports and attends First Baptist Church in Owensboro.
Linda's organizational skills and attention to detail are invaluable to our team. We rely on her daily to keep us running smoothly and efficiently. We are incredibly grateful to have her as a part of our team.
Lindsey
Our team was fortunate to welcome Lindsey two years ago; she has become an integral member. With her versatile skills, she contributes to landscape maintenance, design and installation projects, and even our lawn care program as a licensed professional. Lindsey's infectious smile and friendly personality make her the go-to person for all aspects of our business. She is a natural at building and nurturing client relationships.
Lindsey is married and has two children, Wren and Sutton. Her furry family includes three dogs named Miley, Quinn, and Rascal and two cats named Katniss and Primrose. She is also an assistant coach for the Southern Indiana Missfits softball team, working with 10u and 16u players. Lindsey has many interests outside of work, including watching football, playing corn hole, and traveling.
We are grateful to have Lindsey on our team as a reliable, honest, and hardworking member who brightens our days with her cheerful presence. We cannot imagine our workplace without her. Thank you, Lindsey, for your invaluable contributions to our team.
Archer
Team Spotlight! Archer is our office dog. He enjoys greeting the team every morning and clients as they visit our office. He excels at eating treats and playing with his toys. He never hesitates to jump in your lap to steal some attention.
